  1. These general terms and conditions apply to every offer mentioned on the BlastKeys.com as an Online Store.
  2. The Online Shop (BlastKeys.com) may not be available in your country and may modify, suspend or discontinue the Online Shop, in whole or in part, at any time without notice.


The Offers or Deals Limitation

  1. If an offer has a limited period of validity or under conditions, this is explicitly stated in the offer.

Licensing intended solely for educational purposes may not be used commercially. If a license no longer functions due to misuse, the responsibility lies with the buyer. BlastKeys.com does not actively check for the purpose of use.

You agree, acknowledge and understand that all the Products available on sale on BlastKeys.com are distributed electronically via digital key. There are no boxes nor any CDs/DVDs/Parcels to be delivered to you physically. You will receive a fully legitimate, electronic digital key for the Product that you purchase.

You understand that upon receipt of the Digital Product Key, you are required to activate the Product or Purchase on a proper platform and/or with the the help of activation guidelines mentioned on the site. We will not be responsible for any wrong or unsupported product purchase by You from the online shop which causes software to not work properly or due to wrong installations or wrong activations.


Liability and Guarantee

No Liability After Delivery

BlastKeys.com is not liable for any loss, damage or other consequences arising from the use of the products (such as game keys or software licenses) provided by us. The responsibility for the correct use and management of the purchased code or license lies entirely with the buyer.

Exclusion of Warranty

The products are sold “as is” and without any form of warranty, express or implied. This also applies if the licenses indicate a certain period of use (e.g. one year).

Limitation of Liability

BlastKeys.com is in no way liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, lost profits or other forms of damage. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product in question.

Customer’s own risk

The use of products delivered by BlastKeys.com is entirely at your own risk. BlastKeys.com does not provide support, repair or replacement in the event of loss of functionality due to incorrect use.

 

Payment and Delivery

  1. Payments must be made according to the payment methods indicated on the website.
  2. The delivery of digital products is made immediately after successful payment, unless otherwise agreed.

 

Complaints procedure

  1. Complaints about the execution of the agreement must be submitted within a reasonable time, fully and clearly described via [email protected] .
  2. BlastKeys.com strives to respond to complaints within 14 days.

If you believe that we have breached your privacy rights in any way, or you would like to discuss any issues about our Privacy Policy, please contact us on info@blastkeys.com. All such enquiries or complaints will be taken seriously and will be handled as soon as reasonably practicable.

 

Refund Policy & Requests

Due to nature of our business for digital goods and services, We generally provide refunds for exceptional cases only, apart from this we also follow due digilence for each refund request at our side before taking it into our considerations. We make sure and do our best to provide genuine and valid refund where as possible to our valuable customers, but please also take a note that digital keys that have been already redeemed are ineligible for a refund. We also cross verify if any of the fraudulent or fake refund request is been claimed and we may ask customer to provide necessary purchase details via email as proof of purchase and for validity purposes.

It is also advisable to all the users or customers to make sure that you buy and purchase the right and correct digital product keys after checking the details of the products mentioned on the site.

Refund requests have to be submitted within 3 days of the delivery of the purchase by the Buyer/Customer. After this timeframe, we won’t consider any refund requests.

You agree, understand and acknowledge that we may change our Privacy Policy from time to time, and at our sole discretion.
