Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the products we sell, digital product codes cannot be returned or exchanged after they have been delivered to the consumer. In case of faulty digital product codes (key), Replacement will be provided on immediate basis.

Exchange or Replacements in case of defects

Although we do not accept returns for digital product keys, we guarantee that all products we supply are in working and original condition. However, if a problem occurs due to an error on our part (for example, incorrect delivery of the key or technical error), we will replace the key in question free of charge . This only applies to cases where the problem can be demonstrated to have been caused by us.
